GLOBAL 6K FOR WATER

THIS SPRING, CHANGE A LIFE 

Join thousands of people across the globe virtually in our mission to bring life-changing clean water and fullness of life to children in communities around the world.  * Every step you take is one they won't have to. *

Walk, run, or push a stroller at the World Vision Global 6K for Water.  Each registration provides lasting clean water to one child, actually to the child on your race bib!  Your race kit also includes a T-shirt and race medal.

DATE:  Saturday, May 22, 2021 (or any day in May)
TIME:  You choose the best time that works for you.
LOCATION:  Wherever you are!  Your home or neighborhood.

DISTANCE:  6K or 3.7 miles (all at once or divided up). This is the average distance women and children walk every day in the developing world for water that is usually contaminated.

REGISTRATION:

Adult registrations are $50 (one-time fee),  and children under 18 are $25 (a generous donor is paying for the other $25 so that a child's registration fully provides clean water to another child). Register by May 14 to receive your Global 6K race kit and T-shirt by May 22. Use special promo code “empowermoms” for $10 off of every registration between May 3-9. Partial scholarships are also available. For more information call the church.

To register for the 6K, select "Join Our Team" and fill in your name. 

Please uncheck the blue box that says "Use my address."  (If box is left with a check mark, then your race kit will come to Ruth’s address).

You will be given an opportunity to select a personal fundraising goal. This is the amount that you will be trying to raise. Fundraising is completely optional. It is fine to put your personal fundraising goal at any amount from $1 on up.
